20/17 – Ulrich Turck gaat met pensioen – Christian Pauli is aangewezen als Managing Director
Mülheim, 19 oktober 2017Ulrich Turck will withdraw as Managing Director of Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG on reaching the age of 67 on March 1, 2018. At the same time, Christian Pauli, so far Executive Vice President Finance, will be appointed as Managing Director by the advisory board of Turck Holding GmbH, alongside Christian Wolf. Together with Guido Frohnhaus, Managing Director of Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG, Wolf and Pauli will also constitute the management board of Turck Holding. In accordance with the succession plan, responsibilities in the Turck Holding will be distributed among the three Managing Directors: Frohnhaus is responsible for the areas of manufacturing and development, Wolf is responsible for sales and marketing, and Pauli for finances, human resources and IT.
Electrical graduated engineer Ulrich Turck started his professional career after completing his studies at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). Having joined Turck in 1985, the son of company co-founder Hans Turck was initially responsible for the founding of Turck overseas subsidiaries in Eastern Europe and China. Since 1998, Ulrich Turck has been Managing Director of Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG and the Turck Holding. Christian Wolf joined the management board in 2008.
After completing his training as an industrial commercial assistant, Christian Pauli (49) studied economics at the Ruhr University of Bochum. The graduated economist started his professional career in 1996 as an assistant to the management and controller in a company operating in the health industry. Pauli has been working at Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG since January 2000, firstly as a controller, and then as head of financial accounting. In 2005 Pauli was appointed to the management board with responsibility for finances.
Ulrich Turck trekt zich terug als Managing Director van Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG met het bereiken van de 67 jarige leeftijd op 1 maart 2018. Tegelijkertijd wordt Christian Pauli, de huidige Executive Vice President Finance, aangewezen als Managing Director bij de adviesraad van de Turck Holding GmbH naast Christian Wolf. Samen met Guido Frohnhaus, Managing Director van Werner Turck GmbH & Co. KG vormen Wolf en Pauli het bestuur van de Turck Holding GmbH. In overeenstemming met de toekomstplannen worden de verantwoordelijkheden in de Turck Holding verdeeld onder de drie Managing Directors: Frohnhaus is verantwoordelijk voor productie en ontwikkeling, Wolf is verantwoordelijk voor verkoop en marketing en Pauli voor financiën, human resources en IT.
De afgestudeerde engineer Ulrich Turck begon zijn professionele carrière na het afronden van zijn studie bij het German Aerospace Center (DLR). In 1985 is de zoon van mede oprichter Hans Turck bij Turck begonnen en was in eerste instantie verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van dochterondernemingen overzee, in Oost-Europa en China. Sinds 1998 is Ulrich Turck Managing Director van Hans Turck GmbH & Co. KG en de Turck Holding. Christian Wolf is toegetreden aan het bestuur in 2008.
Na het afronden van de opleiding tot een industrieel commercieel assistent is Christian Pauli (49) economie gaan studeren aan de Ruhr Universiteit van Bochum. De afgestudeerde econoom starte met zijn professionele carrière in 1996 als een assistent van het management en controlling bij een bedrijf in de gezondheidszorg industrie. Pauli werkt bij Hans Turck GmbH &Co. KG sinds januari 2000, eerst als controller en vervolgens als hoofd van de financiële boekhouding. In 2005 is Pauli toegestreden tot het bestuur met de verantwoordelijkheid voor de financiën.
