Mülheim, 19 oktober 2017Turck is adding the robust LTE for direct integration in hydraulic cylinders to its portfolio of linear position sensors. The magnetostrictive sensor can withstand shocks of up to 100 g and the vibrations that typically occur with agricultural and forestry machinery. The device is also insensitive to external influences, so that the LTE is even suitable for use in the hydraulic cylinders of construction machinery in extremely severe environments.
The user can set the measuring range flexibly according to the sensor type. Thanks to the field-proven magnetostrictive technology, the wear-free operating LTE guarantees high precision, linearity and repeatability. The sensor has a 16-bit resolution and also offers three signal ranges for mobile equipment (0…5 V, 0.25…4.75 V, or 0.5…4.5 V) in addition to the standard analog output signals of 0…10 V and 4…20 mA.
Turck voegt de robuuste LTE voor directe integratie in hydraulische cilinders aan haar portfolio van lineaire positie sensoren. De magnetostrictieve sensor kan schokken tot 100 g weerstaan en de vibraties die typisch voorkomen in agriculturele en bosbouw machines. Het apparaat is tevens ongevoelig voor externe invloeden zodat de LTE zelfs geschikt is voor gebruik in de hydraulische cilinders van constructie machines in extreem zware omstandigheden.
De gebruiker kan het meetbereik flexibel aanpassen. Dankzij de in het veld bewezen magnetostrictieve technologie, slijtage vrije werking van de LTE met hoge precisie, lineariteit en herhalingsnauwkeurigheid. De sensor heeft een 16-bit resolutie en biedt 3 signaal soorten voor mobiele apparatuur (0…5 V, 0.25…4.75 V, of 0.5…4.5 V) als toevoeging op de standaard analoge signalen van 0…10 V en 4…20 mA.
